PROHIBITED ITEMS
- No cameras with lenses longer than six inches.
- No bags or purses larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- No coolers or containers including cans, cups, and bottles.
- No strollers or umbrellas.
- No pets (except special services).
- No food or beverage from outside the stadium.
- No seat cushions.
- No video or audio recorders.
- No whistles, noisemakers, air horns or laser pointers.
- No poles or sticks, including selfie sticks.
- No knives, guns, or any type of weapons or explosives.
- No promotional materials.
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by stadium management.
- Banners or signs larger than 3’ x 2’
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the Stadium, there are no longer any designated smoking areas. Tobacco products, e-cigarettes / vaping is prohibited items.
- Signs must be event-related. Signs must not be obscene, offensive, derogatory, commercial in nature or political.
- Signs cannot obstruct the view of other guests, cover any stadium signage or other markings, or be affixed to the walls, pads, railings or any other part of the stadium.
- Signs must be made of a paper or lightweight, cloth-like material.
- Signs cannot utilize wood, pole, metal or similar types of materials for support.
- Maximum dimensions of a permitted sign are 3 feet by 2 feet.
NO RE-ENTRY
There are no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. EverBank Stadium is NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium and Game tickets will be forfeited.
DISABLED SERVICES & SEATING
ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS
Guests are encouraged to utilize the ramp closest to their entry gate for direct access to the main and upper concourse.
Elevators at EverBank Stadium are reserved for guests with mobility and ADA needs. Elevators are located in the East and West Club (ticket required) and at Gate 4 in the South End Zone. The escalators at Gate 2 and 3 have been removed. Escalators in the South End Zone will lead guests to the Main Concourse, Sky Patio and East Upper Deck only.
If you need assistance getting to your seating location, please find one of our Mobility Assistance Representatives at most gate entries and on some ramps.
WHEELCHAIR ESCORT SERVICE
Wheelchair escort service is available at all perimeter gates of the stadium. Please find a Mobility Assistance Representative at most gate entries to request an escort when you arrive. This service will bring guests from the perimeter gate to their seats. Wheelchair escort service will return after the game to pick up guests at their seats and return them to their original perimeter entry gate.
Due to high demand, please note the service may come with a wait time.
EverBank Stadium does not offer storage for personal wheelchairs or other accessibility devices in-stadium. The wheelchair escort service is intended to relieve patrons in need of the initial long entry and exit walks.

SPORTS COMPLEX RESERVED PARKING
Parking passes for the 2025 Florida-Georgia football game are sold out. Stadium parking lots with pre-purchased passes will open at 8:00 a.m. on game day. For those who have purchased parking passes for stadium lots, please have your parking hangtag displayed upon entering downtown area. Guests unable to obtain a parking pass for a stadium lot are encouraged to reach out to privately owned parking lots for presale opportunities.
Oversized Vehicle Parking Information
Please note that U-Hauls and oversized vehicles will only be permitted in the designated Oversized Vehicle Lot and are not allowed in other EverBank Stadium parking lots.
Accessible Parking Information
If you are unable to secure an accessible parking space for game day, EverBank Stadium offers a pick-up and drop-off location and accessibility shuttle service for guests. They have additional transportation options, including Rideshare and surrounding lots, detailed below in our Parking Guide. TAILGATING POLICIES
- DIRECTED PARKING. All vehicles must park at the direction of personnel.
- ONE CAR=ONE SPACE: Please be considerate of your fellow ticket holders and fans. Tailgating is limited to the lined parking space and the area directly behind or in front of each vehicle. Blocking the drive lane is prohibited. Tailgating is also permitted on the medians that separate the parking lots and the parking lots from the roadways but not in spaces for physical distancing. The one permit one parking space policy will be strictly enforced. Unmarked lots must follow the spacing directions of parking staff.
- You must keep all tables, chairs, coolers, barbecues, etc. within the parking stall of your party. Tents or canopies exceeding 8′ x 8′ footprint and vehicles measuring more than 18′ in length and/or 8′ in width are not permitted to park in a lined parking space.
- Sound systems must not produce excessive sound as determined by the parking management company in their sole discretion.
- Drive aisles and fire lanes must be kept clear at all times for emergency vehicle access.
- Ticket holders should cross roadways at the designated crosswalks and should NOT walk on the active roadways that lead to and from the Sports Complex.
- When attending the FLGA game at the stadium you are required to follow the Stadium Code of Conduct. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of season ticket privileges or other privileges for future games.
- The Stadium parking lots and garages are specifically for the use of the patrons who are entering the Stadium. Individuals utilizing lots or garages for any other purpose or who, in the opinion of parking management, are disturbing other patrons, loitering or failing to enter or exit the lot in a timely manner may be asked to vacate the premises.
- No loitering, open fires, or any related activity is permitted in any parking lot or garage.
- Neither EverBank Stadium nor parking management will be responsible for, or assume liability arising from fire, theft, damage to, or loss of, the vehicle or any article left therein while on the Stadium parking lot.
- Parking management reserves the right to direct you to park your vehicle in another lot than the one specified on your parking pass.
- Please drink responsibly before the game or event at the Stadium as guests who appear to be impaired in the Jaguars’ sole discretion may not be permitted to enter the Stadium.
- Remember the NFL Clear Bag Policy that limits clear bags to 12″ x 6″ x 12″ and nonclear bags to 4.5″ x 6.5″.
- Please lock your vehicle and secure all prohibited bags in your vehicle.
- All tailgating in stadium-controlled parking lots is prohibited throughout the game.
GEICO GAME DAY SHUTTLE
GEICO has you covered by getting you to the game easier with the new GEICO Game Day Shuttle Program! This service will be available at select parking locations: Lot S, Lot X, Lot Z, and Met Park. Designated GEICO Game Day Shuttle pick-up and drop-off areas are located near each lot entrance. The complimentary shuttle service is available for 3 hours prior to kickoff* and 1 hour after the end of each game.
- Guests will be able to access post-game pick-up for Lot S, Lot X and Lot Z via the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Wall. Guests parked in Met Park will be able to access post-game pick-up via Lot D.
- Shuttle operations are temporarily suspended at kickoff and until the conclusion of each game. The complimentary service is available for ticketed fans only.

Accessible DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
If you are in need of accessible accommodations and are unable to acquire an accessible parking pass, a designated drop-off location has been created on both the east and west side of the stadium to allow a guest with a disability to be dropped off as close as possible to the facility. When entering these locations, please inform the parking attendant and police officer that you are dropping off a guest.
DROP-OFF
- West side drop-off: Located at Gate 1. Enter Lot M using the Georgia and Adams Street entrance.
- East side drop-off: Enter Lot C off of Gator Bowl Blvd.
Please note that vehicles parked or idling in designated lots without a valid pass will be towed at the owner’s expense.
PICK-UP
Traffic continues to flow away from the stadium for at least 30-45 minutes following the game. Please direct guest(s) needing assistance to either use the postgame golf cart shuttle service or wait at the closest gate location until the traffic pattern is no longer one-way..
Ride share providers such as Lyft and Uber MUST be staged on Georgia Street by half time in order to provide service to fans.
RIDE SHARE AND TAXI INFORMATION
A designated rideshare pick-up location is activated post-game on Beaver Street, near Lot Z. Guests utilizing rideshare should exit on the West side of the stadium (Gate 1 or Gallagher West Club Gate) to easily access the pick-up location.
Guests on the East Side who wish to utilize rideshare should use the Main Concourse to traverse to the West Side and exit via Ramp 1 or Ramp 2.
Please follow the pink RIDESHARE signage throughout the Sports Complex parking lots for best access route.
POST-GAME GOLF CART SHUTTLE PROGRAM
If you need assistance to your vehicle, a Post-Game Golf Cart Shuttle Program will begin during the fourth quarter and will be based at the area just outside of Gate 1. Guests will be assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Golf cart shuttles are limited in seating. Only guests (and one companion) in need of assistance may use this service. Please ask the rest of your party to meet you at your vehicle. The Golf Cart Shuttle Service is limited to the immediate Sports Complex parking lots.
