TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS AND PATTERNS

To ensure smooth traffic flow, the following Traffic Restrictions will apply in the Sports Complex area on October 28th, Message boards will be placed throughout the entertainment footprint and will display parking information on game day. Please refer to these boards, not your navigation systems, for specific instructions on parking.

  • The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to restrict all golf cart traffic as necessary due to vehicular traffic issues and safety concerns.
  • To ensure smooth traffic flow, street legal golf carts and motorized scooters will not be permitted in the Sports Complex area, surrounding parking lots and streets leading to Riverfront Plaza.
  • No motorized coolers will be permitted. Only authorized golf carts will be allowed in the area for official use on October 28th.
  • Bicycles and pedicabs are permitted but will be asked to leave if they obstruct traffic. Riding on sidewalks is not permitted.

BAY STREET:

Between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28th, the lane indicators will shift to pre-game pattern of three eastbound lanes and one westbound lane on Bay Street from Ocean Street to the Sports Complex Area.

* Defined by Florida Statute 320.01(42) as “any four-wheeled electric vehicles whose top speed is greater than 20 miles per hour but not greater than 25 miles per hour,” low speed vehicles include NEV or neighborhood electric vehicles. There are several features required for LSV and NEV electric vehicles or street legal golf carts features include stop lamps, turn signal lamps, headlamps, tail lamps, parking brakes, rearview mirrors, reflex reflectors, windshields, seat belts, and VIN’s. Must be registered and insured in accordance with current regulations (s. 320.02). The driver must have a valid driver’s license and the vehicle must be registered and insured in accordance with current regulations (s. 320.02)

RIDE SHARE AND TAXI INFORMATION

Fans utilizing rideshare services such as UBER and Lyft for transportation after the game should arrange a meeting location on the West side of the stadium by Beaver Street and A. Phillip Randolph Blvd., near Lot Z. 

Fans utilizing rideshare on gameday shuold exit on the West side (Gate 1 and Gallagher West Club Gate) to easily access rideshare pick-up location.

JTA GAMEDAY EXPRESS

Park at one of the Park-n-Ride lots around Jacksonville and let JTA do the driving! Gameday Xpress offers round trip transportation to EverBank Stadium before and after the game.

Gameday Xpress passes must be purchased on your mobile phone through the MyJTA app prior to gameday, providing a safe and secure way to buy your pass. Guests can purchase passes at any time, but we highly recommend buying them prior to gameday.

Single-Game Pass are $10 from Downtown lots and $15 from Suburban lots.

Shuttles begin at 12:30 p.m. and will run until one hour after the end of the game.

  • Riders originating from FSCJ-Downtown will be transported to Lot ZPlease be advisedthat this lot is adjacent to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, and is a 0.5 mile (approximately 10-minute) walk to EverBank Stadium. Those who prefer a shorter walk to the stadium are encouraged to utilize one of JTA’s other Gameday Xpress lots.
  • If you are originating from Kings Avenue, Beaches Lot at Wingate, JTB Park-n-Ride or Armsdale Park-n-Ride, you will be transported to Lot B, which is adjacent to the East gates at EverBank Stadium.
  • Customers with ADA concerns may board a Connexion vehicle to the game from the Kings Avenue lot. Customers will be transported to Lot C at EverBank Stadium.
  • Following the game, customers should return to their stadium drop-off location to board Gameday Xpress to their vehicle parking lot.

JTA SKYWAY

JTA’s Skyway will be running in Downtown Jacksonville and on the Southbank all week long.

Rides will be free and select stations offer parking, letting you explore downtown Jacksonville with fellow Gators and Bulldogs without the hassle of traffic!

RIVER TAXI

Take a convenient River Taxi to your Florida-Georgia weekend destinations. River Taxi’s loop every 30-40 minutes during the service hours noted below. Round trip game day wristbands can be purchased in advanced.

  • Southbank Hotel/Marriot Bonvoy dock (formerly Lexington Hotel)

NORTHBANK

  • Riverfront Plaza/Hyatt Dock – East of Main Street Bridge

NOTE: NO STOP AT FRIENDSHIP FOUNTAIN PARK DOCK ON SATURDAY, 28th DUE TO CONSTRUCTION

SPORTS COMPLEX RESERVED PARKING

Parking passes for the 2023 Florida-Georgia football game are sold out. ASM parking lots with pre-purchased passes will open at 8:00 a.m. on game day. For those who have purchased parking passes for ASM lots, please have your parking hangtag displayed upon entering downtown area.  Guests unable to obtain a parking pass for an ASM lot are encouraged to reach out to privately owned parking lots for presale opportunities.
